Stunningly beautiful and fabulous hotel, we truly enjoyed it.
The staff assisted with luggage. The location was fab to the gothic cathedral, the staff was willing to help. What's more, it was right by the Urquinaona metro station, and Placa De Catalunya where most of the day tours.
